Overview

  • Lead quality control programs for diverse projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing processes and achieving operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality standards.
  • Support renewable energy projects, including solar and BESS, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, fostering professional growth.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution of quality assurance initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for quality control activities.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Implement and oversee quality control programs across various project types.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address and resolve quality-related challenges.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and protocols.
  • Support the energy division’s growth by ensuring quality in renewable energy initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality control, preferably in construction or energy sectors.
  • Preferred 15 years of experience with senior-level responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with renewable energy projects such as BESS and solar is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
