Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and manage Revit models with precision, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Create detailed construction documents that meet specifications and quality standards.
- Design spaces that enhance user experience while meeting client requirements.
- Prepare high-quality renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and consultants to ensure project success and satisfaction.
- Participate in construction observation to maintain design integrity throughout execution.
- Contribute to material and finish selection to create purposeful and unique designs.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
- 6-8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Core & Shell/Base Building and healthcare projects is preferred.
- Architectural licensure is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
