Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management are advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications is essential.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills for effective project management.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to project sites.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams successfully.
• Experience in light industrial, data center, and retail construction projects is advantageous.
