Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and optimize AI systems for workflow applications, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Develop AI agents and tools to streamline multi-step processes and enhance operational capabilities.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns to improve system performance and reliability.
• Conduct experiments to refine prompts and retrieval strategies for AI models.
• Collaborate on data preparation, ingestion, and indexing for AI applications.
• Deploy and monitor AI tools in production environments, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Work with infrastructure teams to ensure secure and scalable AI deployments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for AI systems and workflows.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering or AI-related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with vector databases and similarity search technologies.
• Understanding of RAG architectures and retrieval optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise environments.
