- Manage and optimize the organization's job description database and salary architecture.
- Analyze compensation issues, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment regulations and best practices.
- Contribute to HRIS-related functions and support organizational goals.
- Participate in salary surveys and prepare relevant data for analysis.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor and refine salary architecture to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Conduct market benchmarking and recommend salary band adjustments.
- Provide training and guidance to managers on compensation frameworks.
- Evaluate job classifications and recommend appropriate salary ranges.
- Maintain and update the job description database and organizational structures.
- Analyze compensation data and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and submit data for salary surveys and HR systems.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance and effective communication.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in compensation or HRIS.
- Knowledge of compensation practices and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Preferred certifications: CCP, SHRM-SCP/CP, or SPHR/PHR.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
