Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage cash deposits, reconciliations, and outflows schedules for timely payments.
  • Oversee payroll entries, employee onboarding, and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
  • Assist in memo billing processes for major clients in the jewelry industry.
  • Implement systematic financial processes and ensure data accuracy using advanced Excel skills.
  • Collaborate with accounting staff to streamline operations and reporting.
  • Support financial decision-making by providing detailed analyses and insights.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or wholesale business.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, payroll, and billing processes.
  • Ability to implement systematic financial processes effectively.
  • Experience in a family-oriented business environment preferred.
  • CPA certification not required but beneficial.
