Overview

- Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts to ensure comprehensive patient and family support.
- Drive compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.

- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives and improve patient outcomes.

- Participate in crafting orientation and training programs for clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Conduct chart audits and ensure compliance with certification standards.
- Evaluate clinical staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program preferred.
- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse license required.
- Minimum three years of direct patient care experience, with one year in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in crisis intervention, pain management, and family counseling.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage clinical teams effectively.
- Knowledge of hospice care regulations and accreditation standards.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
