Job Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft desktop software, including Windows 11 and Office 365.
- Experience with financial services industry applications like Bloomberg and Refinitiv.
- Strong problem-solving skills for hardware, software, and application troubleshooting.
- Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Backup, Desktop Patching, VMware, or Ivanti product suite preferred.
