Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the operations of a state-of-the-art surgery center, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional patient care.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and governing board to align clinical and financial goals.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements for surgical services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance facility performance and service offerings.
  • Manage staffing, budgeting, and purchasing to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Foster positive relationships among departments, staff, and external partners.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives to ensure superior patient outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between the facility and corporate administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
