- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and senior leadership to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable information to employees.
- Create and oversee the communication calendar to optimize sequencing and reduce overlaps in organizational messaging.
- Develop executive-ready content for town halls, strategic updates, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide strategic advice to HR leaders on message architecture, audience segmentation, and channel selection.
- Support change communications, crisis response, and enterprise updates with strategic discipline and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal communications or HR communications.
- Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies and frameworks.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and judgment in sensitive environments.
- Familiarity with modern communication platforms and tools, including intranet and digital signage.
