Overview

  • Lead the IT department of a dynamic organization, driving technological innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement IT and security policies to ensure compliance and safeguard data integrity.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategies with business goals and growth objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance operational scalability and efficiency across platforms.
  • Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap to support business continuity and future growth.
  • Ensure effective IT support and help desk operations, maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create and enforce IT policies, including security, access management, and incident response protocols.
  • Manage network configurations, ensuring optimal performance, connectivity, and redundancy.
  • Oversee MSP relationships, ensuring accountability and service quality beyond ticket resolution.
  • Lead complex infrastructure projects, ensuring successful implementation and operational readiness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including network diagrams and disaster recovery plans.
  • Implement mobile device management solutions for field and mobile employees.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify technology efficiencies and drive revenue-impacting initiatives.
  • Plan and forecast IT budgets, optimizing hardware refresh schedules and cost management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT client/end-user support and infrastructure management.
  • Proven experience in writing and implementing security and IT policies.
  • Strong understanding of AI risks and practical business applications.
  • Experience managing MSPs and delivering infrastructure projects within budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales and operations teams to design technology solutions.
  • Experience implementing SOC compliance initiatives and coordinating with auditors.
  • Strong financial acumen, including building business cases and ROI analyses for technology investments.
