- Coordinate attorney schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless operations and time management.

- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments, managing inquiries effectively.
- Oversee electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring organization and accessibility of legal documents.
- Conduct research and compile information for case preparation and executive briefings.
- Utilize advanced technology tools and software for document production and case management.
- Collaborate with legal support teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage attorney projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate billing matters, including approval forms and correspondence, ensuring timely delivery of final bills.
- Delegate assignments to legal support assistants, monitoring progress and providing feedback.
- Prepare meeting agendas and ensure availability of necessary materials for attendees.
- Mentor and provide feedback for professional development of legal support assistants.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for document production, review, and case research.
- Resolve conflicts in attorney schedules and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive legal matters and communications.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a legal executive assistant or similar role.
- Preferred 5 years of experience in a law firm environment, ideally with litigation exposure.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or business administration preferred.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and standard office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
