Overview

  • Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to optimize project execution and maintain compliance.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to enforce safety and quality protocols.
  • Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and external partners.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general contracting; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing commercial or healthcare construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for team management.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
  • Demonstrated stability with no more than three employers in the last ten years.
