Overview

  • Lead and manage diverse architectural projects from concept to completion in a collaborative, innovative environment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to achieve objectives within deadlines and financial constraints.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage multiple architectural projects, ensuring successful outcomes and high client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams, facilitating seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources for efficient execution.
  • Supervise the creation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants to integrate multidisciplinary designs into cohesive project solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and drive organizational growth.
  • Ensure compliance with design standards, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, with 10 years preferred.
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software tools is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation and project delivery methods.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client expectations effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables efficiently.
  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment is advantageous.
