Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily cash activities, including reconciliations and liquidity monitoring.
- Prepare and post journal entries for debt investments, including interest income and amortization.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure fund-level financial data accuracy.
- Calculate and process management fees and expense allocations efficiently.
- Coordinate with portfolio management teams on investment activity and reporting.
- Prepare capital call calculations, investor notices, and quarterly financial statements.
- Analyze fund performance metrics, including MOIC and IRR calculations.
- Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors effectively.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in private credit fund accounting or public accounting.
- Strong understanding of fund structures and financial reporting principles.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Experience with WSO software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
