Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead the annual budgeting process and oversee monthly financial forecasting activities.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and decision-support tools.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities for financial optimization.
• Monitor key performance indicators and analyze variances to drive strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present tailored financial reports and analyses to stakeholders.
• Enhance reporting capabilities using business intelligence tools and dashboards.
• Produce regular and ad hoc financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to organizational growth through innovative financial strategies and solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis; 10 years preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial information effectively.
• Proven leadership experience with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Interest in or experience with AI tools and advanced analytics is advantageous.
• Ability to solve complex problems and deliver actionable analytical insights.
