Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate interdisciplinary modeling efforts, resolving conflicts to ensure seamless integration and project success.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks, improving efficiency and consistency in BIM processes.
- Implement and manage BIM standards, ensuring adherence across all projects and teams.
- Provide technical expertise in Revit and BIM tools, offering training and guidance to project teams.
- Ensure models meet quality standards, effectively supporting project objectives and deliverables.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver comprehensive engineering documents, from initial design to construction phases.
- Monitor and integrate emerging technologies, driving innovation in BIM methodologies and practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Technology or Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD/Revit, including MEP design; 6 years preferred.
- Proficiency in BIM processes, standards, and system modeling technology implementation.
- Experience with modeling automation, scripting, and computational design for workflow optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM automation tools, with ability to train and guide teams.
- Ability to coordinate modeling conflicts across disciplines and ensure quality standards.
- Familiarity with projects in healthcare, educational, commercial, and industrial sectors.
