Overview

  • Contribute to diverse projects across healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial sectors, showcasing technical expertise.
  • Lead efforts to integrate advanced BIM methodologies, maintaining consistency and innovation in documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to produce high-quality engineering documents from concept to construction.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, driving continuous improvement in BIM practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate interdisciplinary modeling efforts, resolving conflicts to ensure seamless integration and project success.
  • Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks, improving efficiency and consistency in BIM processes.
  • Implement and manage BIM standards, ensuring adherence across all projects and teams.
  • Provide technical expertise in Revit and BIM tools, offering training and guidance to project teams.
  • Ensure models meet quality standards, effectively supporting project objectives and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver comprehensive engineering documents, from initial design to construction phases.
  • Monitor and integrate emerging technologies, driving innovation in BIM methodologies and practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Technology or Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD/Revit, including MEP design; 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in BIM processes, standards, and system modeling technology implementation.
  • Experience with modeling automation, scripting, and computational design for workflow optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM automation tools, with ability to train and guide teams.
  • Ability to coordinate modeling conflicts across disciplines and ensure quality standards.
  • Familiarity with projects in healthcare, educational, commercial, and industrial sectors.
