Overview
- Lead CRM initiatives within the global technology team, focusing on strategic management and optimization of the DealCloud platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive platform strategy, adoption, and enhancements aligned with organizational objectives.
- Serve as the primary business-facing owner of the DealCloud platform, ensuring its effective utilization and continuous improvement.
- Support front-office business functions and investment banking workflows through CRM management and optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement CRM best practices and drive user engagement.
- Contribute to the firm’s broader data and reporting initiatives by enhancing CRM functionalities and workflows.
- Provide training, documentation, and user support to ensure effective platform adoption and utilization.
- Work in a hybrid environment with three days in-office per week.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Define and execute CRM roadmap priorities aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Drive continuous enhancement of DealCloud functionality, dashboards, reporting, and automation capabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend new features, integrations, and platform capabilities to support evolving business requirements.
- Develop user guides, process documentation, and CRM best practice materials to support adoption.
- Serve as escalation point for DealCloud-related support issues and enhancement requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve user engagement and increase platform utilization across teams.
- Lead CRM enhancement projects, implementations, or platform transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business users, technology teams, and external vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Technology, or related field required.
- 4-6+ years of experience in CRM management or enterprise application management within financial services or related industries.
- Deep hands-on experience with the DealCloud platform, including configuration, administration, workflows, and data management.
- Strong understanding of investment banking workflows, deal lifecycle management, and business development processes.
- Experience managing CRM governance frameworks and enterprise data quality initiatives preferred.
- Proven ability to lead platform adoption or change management programs effectively.
- Familiarity with automation tools, workflow orchestration, and CRM integration architecture preferred.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
