Overview

  • Lead client advisory services for a wealth management firm specializing in ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Develop and implement advanced estate planning, tax strategies, and investment solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing personalized advice and solutions.
  • Coordinate client strategies with internal teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Design and implement sophisticated wealth transfer, liquidity, and tax mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with external advisors to align strategies with client objectives.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Lead team members, fostering growth and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives to drive innovation and client satisfaction.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree with a strong foundation in finance or related fields.
  • 8-10+ years of wealth management experience, including 5+ years in client leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management.
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Track record of developing and converting relationships with prospects into clients.
  • Ability to work on-site five days a week and travel as required.
  • Preferred designations: JD, CPA, or CFP with strong technical skills.
  • Leadership skills to guide and develop team members effectively.
