Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing personalized advice and solutions.
- Coordinate client strategies with internal teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Design and implement sophisticated wealth transfer, liquidity, and tax mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with external advisors to align strategies with client objectives.
- Develop relationships with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
- Lead team members, fostering growth and enhancing team capabilities.
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives to drive innovation and client satisfaction.
- Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree with a strong foundation in finance or related fields.
- 8-10+ years of wealth management experience, including 5+ years in client leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Track record of developing and converting relationships with prospects into clients.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week and travel as required.
- Preferred designations: JD, CPA, or CFP with strong technical skills.
- Leadership skills to guide and develop team members effectively.
