Overview

  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence and adherence to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions in the automotive sector.
  • Utilize advanced software tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam, for efficient project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and project success.

  • Ensure compliance with architectural standards and regulations throughout project phases.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage architectural projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure project alignment with design specifications.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using industry-standard software.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Review and approve design modifications, ensuring quality and functionality.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams to resolve challenges promptly.
  • Ensure projects are completed within established timelines and budgets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative practices into projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a NAAB-accredited university.
  • Registered Architect with a minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture firms.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe products, MS Office, and MS Teams.
  • Experience leading projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience in the automotive market sector is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines effectively.
