Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to promote hospice services.
- Conduct outreach activities to identify new referral sources and increase patient census.
- Educate patients and families about hospice care philosophy and services.
- Collaborate with medical staff to determine patient eligibility for hospice services.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth and census management goals.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare sales or marketing experience required.
- Preferred 1-2 years of hospice or palliative care marketing experience.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required.
- Strong communication and empathetic skills to educate and support patients and families.
