- Perform administrative tasks, including reviewing timesheets and expense reports for reporting staff.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural practice, with 12 years preferred.
- Proven leadership experience at the director level within architectural operations.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource allocation, and team management.
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training architectural staff.
- Proficiency in implementing and overseeing operational standards and procedures.
- Ability to forecast workload and staffing needs effectively.
