Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions.
• Lead the preparation of organizational budgets and conduct variance analyses to support financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with funding and grant requirements, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate annual audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and maintaining audit readiness.

• Monitor behavioral health revenue streams, optimizing billing coordination and financial performance.
• Oversee monthly financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
• Implement and maintain advanced financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in managing diverse funding streams, including Medicaid, private insurance, and grants.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes, with the ability to implement improvements.
• Experience in supervising and developing accounting staff effectively.
• Ability to coordinate audits and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
