Overview

  • Lead and oversee multifamily construction projects valued around $30M, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project progress and quality.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Monitor project milestones, addressing challenges to maintain project timelines and objectives.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Support the client’s vision by delivering high-quality construction outcomes aligned with their expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve project-related issues.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any construction challenges.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily construction projects; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage construction projects valued around $30M effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide construction teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
