Overview
- Support talent and culture priorities during enterprise transformation as a Talent Development Specialist in a hybrid work environment.
- Collaborate on leadership development programs, team effectiveness sessions, and corporate trainings to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Provide operational and programmatic support across multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and learning experiences for associates and leaders.
- Coordinate logistics for engagement initiatives and signature events to promote a cohesive associate experience.
- Manage vendor relationships, budget tracking, and operational processes to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Utilize tools like LMS, Glint, and SurveyMonkey for program administration and effectiveness reporting.
- Contribute to internal communications content and assets to support engagement and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan and facilitate team effectiveness and culture initiatives in collaboration with HRBPs and client leaders.
- Coordinate and execute logistics for leadership development programs, including participant communications and session preparation.
- Facilitate workshops and learning experiences, ensuring effective delivery and evaluation of programs.
- Administer organizational development tools and support coaching operations through coordination and tracking.
- Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives and events, ensuring consistent associate experiences.
- Manage vendor relationships, invoicing, and budget tracking to support program operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation trackers for real-time reporting and operational efficiency.
- Support survey setup, distribution, tracking, and reporting using tools like Microsoft Forms and SurveyMonkey.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent development, HR, or organizational effectiveness.
- Proficiency in instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with learning management systems and employee listening platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, or Organizational Development.
- Knowledge of assessment tools like DiSC, Predictive Index, or Hogan.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration technology tools.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
