Job Description

Overview

  • Support prospective residents in finding their ideal home within the community.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive experiences.
  • Assist in the leasing process from initial inquiry to property tours and finalizing agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve leasing and service standards.
  • Engage with prospective residents to understand their housing needs and preferences.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data entry into the Residential Management System.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and deliver results with integrity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Welcome prospective residents and create a positive first impression of the community.
  • Manage the check-in process and verify client information accurately.
  • Respond to inquiries about leasing processes, community amenities, and apartment availability.
  • Conduct property tours showcasing the benefits of living in the community.
  • Support administrative operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with leasing office team members to meet objectives and service standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of prospective residents' information.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent education preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, real estate, leasing, or retail preferred.
  • Experience within multifamily residential property management or leasing is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
