Project Manager

Overview

• Serve as a Senior Project Manager for enterprise-wide IT initiatives at a leading organization.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate complex efforts across internal teams, external vendors, and consulting partners.
• Provide executive-level reporting and updates, ensuring clear communication of project progress.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high visibility.
• Lead structured execution of initiatives, including planning, workshops, and delivery activities.
• Drive program governance and reporting to maintain execution discipline.
• Support IT operating model improvements and technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement across IT and business teams.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and delivery partners.
• Ensure vendor deliverables align with program objectives and quality expectations.
• Drive coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Translate complex topics into clear, concise business communications.
• Deliver structured execution across initiatives, including planning and requirements activities.
• Establish and maintain program governance and reporting mechanisms.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to technology delivery, IT operating model improvements, and data analytics programs.
• Ability to lead structured execution across initiatives with discipline and accountability.
• Experience in professional services or law firm environments preferred.
