Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily operations of the oncology pharmacy department, ensuring optimal workflow and service delivery.
- Hire, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff, addressing performance issues as needed.
- Coordinate drug procurement and inventory management, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Collaborate with other departments to align pharmacy services with hospital-wide initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Current pharmacist licensure in Arizona.
- Strong knowledge of oncology medications and drug interactions.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
