Overview

  • Lead and manage the case management department within a healthcare organization, ensuring optimal patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management, with 7 years preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, managing teams and departmental operations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and case management practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and staff.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement strategies for performance improvement.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and tools is preferred.
