Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve as a technical lead, driving architecture decisions and cross-team collaboration.
• Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Python, Django, and Go.
• Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and reliability issues.
• Mentor team members, fostering professional development and technical expertise.
• Enhance frontend development using React, focusing on seamless integrations and tools.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, Go, and React development.
• Strong understanding of databases, RESTful API design, and asynchronous architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automated testing strategies.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, distributed systems, and observability tools preferred.
• Background in trading, fintech, or related domains is advantageous.
