Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage the growth of evergreen registered fund business within a dynamic financial services environment.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop strategic partnerships and enhance investment offerings.
  • Oversee fund operations, investor relations, marketing, and distribution strategies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with wealth management platforms and distribution channels.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting and compliance adherence.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials, investor presentations, and quarterly updates.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of fund operations and business growth initiatives.
  • Support investor communications and manage liquidity and distribution processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee fund operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including fundraising presentations and investor updates.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to manage distributions, liquidity, and investor communications.
  • Build strategic relationships with distribution platforms and wealth management channels.
  • Coordinate with legal, accounting, operations, and compliance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and oversee recurring reporting for investors and the Board, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Drive the growth of evergreen registered fund business by implementing innovative strategies.
  • Support investor relations activities, including quarterly calls and portfolio reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in 1940 Act Funds and private markets is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and persuasive messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Professional demeanor with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership.
