Overview
- Lead and manage the growth of evergreen registered fund business within a dynamic financial services environment.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop strategic partnerships and enhance investment offerings.
- Oversee fund operations, investor relations, marketing, and distribution strategies to ensure seamless execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with wealth management platforms and distribution channels.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting and compliance adherence.
- Develop and manage marketing materials, investor presentations, and quarterly updates.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of fund operations and business growth initiatives.
- Support investor communications and manage liquidity and distribution processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee fund operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including fundraising presentations and investor updates.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to manage distributions, liquidity, and investor communications.
- Build strategic relationships with distribution platforms and wealth management channels.
- Coordinate with legal, accounting, operations, and compliance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and oversee recurring reporting for investors and the Board, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Drive the growth of evergreen registered fund business by implementing innovative strategies.
- Support investor relations activities, including quarterly calls and portfolio reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in 1940 Act Funds and private markets is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and persuasive messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external clients.
