Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Inspect apparel products, including shoes, for quality assurance before shipment.
  • Process and manage customer returns efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide general customer support and follow-up correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with additional customer service-related tasks to support team goals.
  • Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of customer service.

Job Requirements
