Overview

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align nursing practices with organizational goals and patient care standards.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives, patient safety measures, and evidence-based practices across all nursing services.
  • Oversee nursing workforce development, recruitment, retention, and succession planning strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards within the healthcare environment.
  • Manage financial resources effectively, optimizing staffing models and operational budgets.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide strategic leadership for nursing and patient care services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of clinical care and patient safety.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing or related field required.
  • Active RN license required; certifications such as CENP or NEA-BC preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a hospital setting.
  • Proven ability to lead clinical operations, quality improvement, and workforce development.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
