Overview

• Lead ERP system strategy, implementation, and optimization to align with business goals.
• Manage a skilled team of IT professionals and external consultants effectively.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and privacy standards.

• Oversee ERP projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality outcomes.
• Develop and maintain ERP knowledge bases for internal and user reference.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage ERP system implementation, configuration, and maintenance to meet organizational needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of ERP professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Oversee ERP service operations, including enhancements and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, regulations, and security standards.
• Manage the lifecycle of applications within the ERP portfolio effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance ERP system functionality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• 10+ years of ERP technical experience, including project delivery and analysis.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT teams and external consultants.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms like SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Preferred certifications: ITIL, Agile/Scrum, PMP.
• Knowledge of EDI/API integration, BI dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English, with stakeholder engagement experience.
• Ability to work onsite during standard office hours.
