Overview

- Develop and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring optimal service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and execute requests for proposals, evaluating vendor performance against established criteria.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft and manage comprehensive requests for proposals and vendor evaluation frameworks.
- Optimize vendor master listings, fostering strong and reliable supplier relationships.
- Process purchase orders and reconcile invoices using advanced ERP systems.
- Ensure contract compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in budget development and monitor projected spending against actuals.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of procurement experience.
- Proficiency in ERP financial systems and advanced computer applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- Experience interacting with management and external vendors effectively.
- Knowledge of SOX requirements, GAAP, and tax regulations is preferred.
