Overview

• Lead the strategy for technology experience and AI training initiatives in a professional services environment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance productivity, collaboration, and innovation through emerging technologies.
• Oversee enterprise collaboration technologies, meeting environments, and AI learning programs across the organization.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows to improve client service delivery.
• Develop policies and standards to ensure operational excellence and user satisfaction.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and service delivery for technology initiatives.
• Measure and improve technology adoption and training effectiveness through data-driven insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on AI enablement and workforce readiness strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead teams responsible for enterprise Audio & Video Services and AI-focused training programs.
• Design and oversee learning initiatives to leverage AI-enabled technologies effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology and AI learning needs and develop solutions.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Establish standards and best practices for innovation and operational excellence.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for technology services and initiatives.
• Measure adoption rates and training outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership on AI and technology experience strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Proven expertise in AI enablement, technology training, and change management.
• Knowledge of generative AI technologies and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Experience with instructional design and learning management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred experience in professional services or similarly complex environments.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
