Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field.
- 10-15 years of experience in mechanical MEP projects, preferably with a mechanical subcontractor.
- Proficiency in developing commissioning schedules and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for team collaboration.
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- Experience with resource allocation and cost control in mechanical projects.
- Familiarity with ESOP and benefits management is a plus.
