Job Description

Overview

  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency through process frameworks and governance mechanisms in a hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and mature business processes using industry-standard frameworks and tools.
  • Utilize BPM best practices to standardize process design and establish performance monitoring systems.
  • Support compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, including GxP and FDA regulations.
  • Facilitate workshops to analyze, design, and document business processes effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive targeted initiatives to achieve measurable results.
  • Ensure effective utilization of enabling systems such as SAP Signavio for process mapping and management.
  • Contribute to the development of process hierarchies and taxonomies to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with Technical Operations and EHSS to identify, map, and assess process frameworks and maturity levels.
  • Define and govern standards for process hierarchy, taxonomy, and BPMN-aligned process mapping.
  • Facilitate workshops to discover, analyze, design, and document business processes.
  • Design governance mechanisms to monitor and control process performance and implemented standards.
  • Identify and support delivery of targeted process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations, including GxP and FDA requirements.
  • Support effective use of enabling systems such as SAP Signavio for process mapping and management.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and govern process hierarchies and taxonomies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline required.
  • 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, supply chain management, or business process management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Signavio or similar process mapping tools.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, modeling, and governance using standardized frameworks.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and driving improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of process architecture frameworks like APQC Process Classification Frameworks.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across organizational levels.
  • Results-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
