Overview

  • Lead ground-up construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, budget, and schedule effectively.
  • Oversee all aspects of construction management, including procurement, subcontractor coordination, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout project execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor construction progress, addressing delays and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and milestones.
  • Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in ground-up construction project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards in all project phases.
  • Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
