Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee financial records and reporting for partnerships, operating companies, and trusts.
- Ensure technical precision in accounting workpapers supporting tax compliance and reporting.
- Coordinate with fund managers and administrators to reconcile investment accounts.
- Apply advanced accounting knowledge to complex transactions and investment structures.
- Act as a liaison between accounting and tax teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support special projects and reporting requests, contributing to organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
- Expertise in partnership accounting and managing multi-entity structures.
- Experience in family office, private equity, real estate, or public accounting settings.
- Proficiency in reviewing workpapers and coordinating with tax professionals.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Preferred experience with Archway and managing accounting for 100+ entities.
