Job Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent educational background required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare construction management; 5 years preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage teams effectively.
• Thorough knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
