Overview
- Support senior executives in a global private equity firm for a 6-month temporary role.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Organize logistics for domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events with precision.

- Prepare expense reports accurately and submit them in compliance with firm policies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and transportation logistics.
- Maintain filing systems, trackers, and contact databases for team efficiency.
- Liaise professionally with portfolio organizations, investors, and external contacts.
- Support team members by taking on additional tasks and fostering collaboration.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and communications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with eight years of executive assistant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written, verbal, and editing skills for effective communication.
- Experience in the financial industry is highly desirable.
