Copywriting Associate

Overview

• Contribute to impactful corporate messaging and communications as a Copywriting Associate in a dynamic, remote work environment.
• Review and proofread internally developed projects for grammatical accuracy and factual correctness, ensuring high-quality content.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and competitor offerings to enhance content relevance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and trademark requirements across all copy and communications.
• Develop and uphold corporate messaging standards across publications and communications.
• Prepare copy for final approval, incorporating requested changes to meet project specifications.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Proofread and review project content for grammatical and factual accuracy, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to inform effective copywriting strategies.
• Ensure all written materials adhere to regulatory and trademark requirements.
• Develop and maintain corporate messaging standards across various communication channels.
• Collaborate with teams to prepare copy for final approval and implement necessary revisions.
• Support the creation of compelling and compliant corporate communications and publications.

Job Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a proofreader or in a related role.
• Preferred 5+ years of experience in copywriting or proofreading roles.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and trademark compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in maintaining corporate messaging standards across diverse communication platforms.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
