Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and implement AI/ML/LLM-driven models, tools, workflows, and agents.
• Develop and maintain AI features in products, including chat agents and automation pipelines.
• Implement retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and function calling integrations.
• Research, prototype, and deploy AI applications using Python programming.
• Collaborate with domain experts to identify and evaluate AI use cases.
• Engage in continuous learning and application of AI frameworks and tools.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems and workflows.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for financial services.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science or a related field required.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with AI frameworks like LangChain.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and building MCP servers/clients.
• Knowledge of vector stores and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Experience in financial services or hedge fund environments preferred.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science is a bonus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site collaboration.
