Senior Project Manager

Overview

• Lead and manage complex healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality project outcomes aligned with specifications.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and maintain quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with 15 years preferred.
• Proven track record of managing healthcare construction projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and travel as required for project needs.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
