Overview

  • Lead and manage complex healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality project outcomes aligned with specifications.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with 15 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing healthcare construction projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as required for project needs.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
