• The Estimator role involves overseeing cost estimation for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in budgeting and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for multi-family and mixed-use construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary information and align estimations with project objectives.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to refine estimation processes and improve cost predictability.
• Utilize estimation software and tools to streamline calculations and documentation.
• Monitor and report on estimation progress, providing updates to management and project teams as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field, such as Construction Management or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation, with preference for 10 years.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools, with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Solid understanding of construction standards, market trends, and cost management principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in delivering accurate and timely cost estimates for complex projects.
