Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects for ground-up light industrial facilities across Southeast US.
  • Manage on-site operations ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality industrial construction solutions.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Travel extensively to project sites within the Southeast US region.
  • Utilize expertise in light industrial construction to optimize project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for all construction activities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise construction teams and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and manage inventory effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent workplace incidents.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in industrial construction; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Southeast US region.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
