Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry; 12 years preferred.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects in healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning and tracking progress.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction methodologies.
