- Manage immigration processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions for international employees.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, fostering a seamless employee experience.
- Travel annually to international locations for company meetings and events.

- Work on-site four days per week, ensuring consistent engagement with employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Administer 401(k) plans, coordinating with providers and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Handle immigration matters, including visa applications and renewals, supporting international employees.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and positive employee experiences.
- Maintain and update HR policies and the employee handbook, reflecting current regulations and company practices.
- Collaborate with the CEO on strategic HR initiatives, contributing to organizational growth and development.
- Coordinate annual travel to international company meetings, representing the US office.
- Manage administrative tasks, ensuring efficient HR operations and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with 8 years preferred, in a generalist role.
- Proven ability to manage benefits programs, including 401(k) administration and health insurance.
- Experience handling immigration processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with executives and employees.
- Resilience and adaptability in a lean team environment, with a proactive approach to challenges.
