Job Description

Overview

  • Provide front desk and administrative support in a welcoming environment.
  • Ensure smooth operations by answering phones and greeting guests professionally.
  • Work with a niche patient population, including children, requiring discretion and warmth.
  • Maintain a consistent schedule from 8am to 4pm during the contract period.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless visitor and patient experiences.
  • Support administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Engage in a professional and friendly manner with all visitors and callers.
  • Contribute to a positive and upbeat office atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Greet guests and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
  • Coordinate with team members to manage daily front desk operations.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
  • Assist with special projects as needed by the team.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of front desk or administrative experience.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site consistently during the contract period.
  • Warm, personable, and friendly demeanor suitable for engaging with children.
